The all-new Jeep® Compass makes its EMEA debut today at the Geneva Motor Show, offering an unmatched combination of attributes that includes legendary and best in class 4x4 off-road capability, contemporary and authentic Jeep design, excellent on-road driving dynamics, open-air freedom and a full array of advanced user-friendly connectivity and safety technologies.

 

The new vehicle enters the compact SUV segment, an extremely important and growing segment worldwide, that is expected to grow by almost 20 percent to 7.5 million in 2020. In Europe, the all-new Compass represents a key addition to the Jeep portfolio as it will allow the brand to tackle the largest SUV segment in Europe.

To address different customer needs across the EMEA region, Compass will offer two petrol and two diesel engines for a total of eight different powertrain combinations and four different configurations: Sport, Longitude, Limited - the top-of-the-range trim in terms of refinement, standard technological contents and equipment - and Trailhawk, offering best-in-class Trail Rated 4x4 capability through specific standard features designed for customers demanding the most in terms of off-road capability.

The all-new Jeep Compass will be available in Jeep showrooms beginning this summer, at a starting price of 25,000 Euros in most markets (depending on market configurations).

 

The arrival of all-new Compass in Europe will be celebrated with an Opening Edition, which will offer a perfect blend of character, design, technology and capability, providing a complete package that will include several standard features and a flexible financial solution available to early buyers. Pre-orders for the Opening Edition open tomorrow (March 8).

 

For consumers eager to check out the all-new Compass before the vehicle arrives in the showrooms, the Jeep brand is introducing an innovative customer experience across its dealerships in select markets, based on Tango, Google's smartphone augmented reality technology. The easy-to-use application jointly developed with Google, Lenovo and Accenture will allow customers to discover and virtually interact with the all-new Compass.
